Any easy way to make a facial cut?

Hello loyal larpers!

I have been part of the Zemress evacuation fleet action, and I would like to represent some battle wounds. Not looking for anything too impressive, I was thinking on a simple cut in the face and bringing an arm in an sling for some hours.

Anyone could share a simple way (for an artistic incompetent such as I) to make a cut that is already healing healthy?

Rigid collodion on top of some red/pink lip liner. Is how I physrep my facial scar
