Twisted Flax LARP Kit (look on facebook). Excellent arrows, very reasonably priced. Also good bows and other archery supplies, all at fair prices.

Perhaps also Quiverstock? L13 each though… you can probably find cheaper.

(Meanwhile, I think Twisted Flax is no longer in business, alas.)
