Boot Recommendations for Wintermark Steinr

Hi all,

My boots/shoes from Winter Solstice got trashed (thanks Mud!) and I’m in the market for some new ones for Summer Solstice.

I want to get some sturdier boots, that could be used for a bunch of different characters, but I’d struggling to find ones that are setting appropriate. I’ve considered stuff like Wellies with fur trim, and riding boots, but seems hard to find decent ones without spending a fortune.

Any suggestions or good links people can recommend?

Rather depends on what you mean by “without spending a fortune”. For example I’m happy to spend well over £100 on good IC footwear, but others can baulk at £50.

I wear any ankle boot steel toe capped.

I also have some boot covers that go up to my knees nearly.

So I look like I am wearing good quality boots. But they are just work boots.
