Camp Planning Spreadsheet, 2016 E1 (March/Easter)

I don’t have a site layout from PD yet but should get it soon so the spreadsheet is now available to fill in your wants and needs for E1 - docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1XNOEWkquAa_myjRcLSI2PXGDqwBy_fd_UraARUo-SX0/edit?usp=sharing .
As always, priority for pitching in the IC area will be given to group tents, families with young children and people with access issues. Please note these on the spreadsheet and I will prioritise accordingly. Depending on the space available, other tents may need to be positioned away from your group tent and might have to move to the OC area. If you want an electrical hookup you need to contact PD yourself to explain your needs (admin@profounddecisions.co.uk).

I’d like to make another call to get tentage requirements for E1 in as soon as, please.
After a bit of to & fro between the Camp Planners and site crew it looks like we’ll be OK-ish for space so please get your requirements up on the spreadsheet. I’m planning on starting the tent wrangling this weekend so need to know what everyone’s bringing. Shouting out in particular: is the big White Flame tent coming this event? I like to sort out a placement for the larger tents early on in the process and work round them so having a yea or nay soonish would be useful. Also, at the moment I have no returns for the Forest of White Caves - are you guys going to be there & wanting to pitch IC?

What’s hopefully the final cut of the camp layout is available at the link below. Any problems, requests to change please PM me.
Please note that the orange paths marked inside our camp are accessibility/mule routes (and a wider ambulance track) so MUST be kept clear at all times.
