Just in case people don’t know you can change all of your characters skills and your resource after your first Empire, there’s an option in the character area of the PD website.
Also if you’re not a new player you can retrain one character skill each downtime, no questions asked.

It might take a few days for the PD servers to come back from the field but then you’ll be able to edit things.
