I would refute this purely on the basis that:

The above bill block can have it’s offensive capabilities significantly reduced by the heroic call Shatter
A dragon probably does something nasty (depending on how things that may or may not exist are designed are they all fire breathers or D&D coloured things or something else) and ignores all the heroic calls

I got the impression that winged serpents were real - from the Night realm, as many of the Night Eternals take the guise of winged serpents and even the Whispering Gallery have a serpentine feel to them…as for actual dragons; I’d be interested in hunting them down, but I doubt that they are around any longer, unless a couple of them lay dormant…slumbering somewhere, waiting to be disturbed…!
