Interested in coming to E2 this year but really don’t like camping, enough so that it’s a deal-breaker.
I live like 30 mins drive away from the campsite so wanted to check if it’s possible to just drive to site and park in a OOC area then leave in the late evening?
Yes, a number of people sleep off-site for whatever reason. Speak to the person on the gate when you first arrive and they’ll direct you to a suitable area to park.

I sleep off site so I can get home for my dog, E1 was my first event and no issues leaving/arriving
Did you drive there on the Sunday as well? I was staying off site (E1 was my first event) and was worried that with the heavy rain I’d have problems driving up that steep hill at the end, so I didn’t go on Sunday.
PD have put in a lot of engineering and expertise into the logistics of getting folk on/off site. Everyone got off site safely, even if some needed a push from fellow gamers or a pull from the readied tractor…
