E1 2018 Camp planning spreadsheet (link to Google doc)

Hi All

this is Sarah, your friendly camp planner for the Varushkan nation. Hope you’ve all had a good winter and are ready to start thinking ahead to E1 in April.

It looks like there’s going to be a major overhaul of the site layout this year so it’d be useful if people could start giving me an idea of what tentage they’re likely to be bringing to the first event. As in previous events, priority for pitching in the IC area will be given to group tents, families with young children and people with access issues. Please note these on the spreadsheet and I will prioritise accordingly. Depending on the space available, other tents may need to be positioned away from your group tent and might have to move to the OC area.

When the plan is settled I’ll add a WhatThreeWords location to each tent in the spreadsheet to help locate it when you get to the field https://map.what3words.com/

The spreadsheet can be found on Google docs at Varushka Camp Planning 2018-E1 - Google Tabellen

Can everyone who’s put their canvas on the camp planning spreadsheet list for E1 please double check their entry is right? There was a bit of a fubar editing it and we seem to have ended up with an unattached note about placement that looks important for accessibility.

Can anyone advise me on the best place to park my campervan? I will be dropping off a load of in character stuff in the Varushkan camp and then parking my van.

There are a number of reasons, some medical, that mean I still need easy access to the vehicle during the event and then I need to puck up all the IC kit and tent on Sunday.

Am I closer to the Varushkan camp in the OOC camping area or the IC car parking area?
