I’ve just booked to attend my first LARP event, E3 Summer Solstice, 25th-27th July. My chosen Nation is Dawn and I want to book a tent for the best experience but as I’m new to this. So if someone could point me in the right direction for how I do that it would be most appreciated!

So, Rent a Tent (which there’s a post a few back with the link) is partnered with PD and does the tent rentals
They’re solid folks and do all the heavy lifting for you on the set up/take down.
I’d also state that get to know who your camp planner is, as you will need to inform them you’re planning on camping IC and what size of tent you’re renting
Currently, “right of way” in tents goes to those with access needs, so don’t always assume you’ll be able to get the much desired IC camping space.
(Also the standard advice is camp OC first, then try for IC camping, as they can be two very different beasts)
