Hi folks, this is our usual rundown of ways to get support at events. During events, the Empire Facebook groups will be either on Admins-Only posting mode (the ads group and the player support group) or Post Approval mode (all other groups). The mods will be busy playing and/or crewing the event. This forum won’t be locked, but it will be quiet.
Monstering info and any necessary traffic team updates will be posted on Facebook by crew using the Empire LRP page ID, and these will be crossposted to our Discord announcements feed. Camp planners will be able to post in their nation groups.
A lot of the entries on this list recommend finding a member of crew with a radio. You can find crew with radios:
- at the ref tent in the centre of Anvil (it’s blue and white)
- at the Forge bar
- with any Egregore
- at the Hub
- at the Academy
- at Monster (for emergencies only).
Injuries: the First Aid tent is opposite GOD, but in an emergency, anyone with a radio can get them to come to you.
For safety issues: contact the security team via a crew member with a radio.
To report a breach of the conduct rules: if you want to make a report at the event, you can either go to GOD or ask any member of crew with a radio; they will be able to contact the Conduct Team for you. If you are struggling emotionally or practically and need some short term support to continue enjoying the event, or if you need help to safely leave the event, you can go to GOD or a crew person with a radio and ask to speak with the Participant Welfare team. Participant welfare - Empire
If there’s an issue with site equipment, toilets or cleanliness: go to GOD as a first port of call, and they’ll be able to speak to the hygiene team or relevant site crew team.
If there’s an issue with a rented tent: go to GOD, and they’ll contact RentBellTents for you.
Lost property: go to GOD and visit the lost property desk.
Rules queries or concerns: go to a ref tent (in the centre of Anvil) and they’ll be able to help you. The Ref Access Tent (RAT) is a big blue and white tent and the team try to keep it crewed throughout time-in.
If there is an emergency out of hours: the Security team have a base by GOD and the nearby first aid tent is always staffed. There is also a number you can call: Contact Profound Decisions - Empire
