So I am in the process of creating a first time character for The Marches and I was wondering how do they feel about people of Cambion lineage? I know there is anti-Brair sentiment in some areas of The Marches but how do they feel about other lineages, especially Cambion? I liked the linage as they are linked to Autumn, which I feel has large themes in The Marches practices such as Wassail and Harvest Festivals so I wanted to make a Marcher with a Cambion linage. Plus I just want to make some cool rams horns! Is a Cambion Marcher feasible or is it best to just make a run-of-the-mill human Marcher?
To the best of my knowledge, the Marches don’t have any major opinion re Cambions. Cambions are generally hard-working and friendly, so I suspect they fit in well.
Cool rams horns are very nice, and I’m sure you’ve done a spot of research. Recall that tent flaps, hoods and hats can be problematic, and that make sure the horns are firmly attached.
I would generally advise folk to play a basic human at start, but if you feel like going for Cambion, you go for it! It’s simpler than some of the lineages
