Is there a port for ships in Valasmark?

Hello everyone, I have quick question is Valasmark port for ships to dock.
I am curious because recently everywhere in wintermark got attack In the winds of war. It be nice to give halls safe passage to anvil for the next summit.

I mean, the specific Wind that you’re referring makes clear at the end that most folks are unlikely to have directly been attacked, nor are they likely to be targeted.
