I’m looking to start empire this coming year (finally) and there is a chance I will be joining the ranks of wintermark when I arrive
I’m interested to see what people consider the key elements of designing their wintermark costumes I’d love to see some example of people’s kit as well in addition to the pd samples on the wiki and im interested in seeing what colours are considered wintermark for armour and clothing etc
I’m most likely going to go Steinr but also like the idea of Suaq too

I’m thinking of making a WHITE cloak. Is this crazy? It feels like it would make sense in the ice and snow, but I’m unsure.
It might make sense in ice and snow, but worth bearing in mind that mud and rain are more likely at actual events, and that white cloak is going to need to be cleaned. 
I was planning on giving it a dirt-wash before the event anyway. 
Whatever you plan, go for layers, it is entirely possible for it to be blazingly sunny, tipping it down, blowing a gale and cold overnight all within 24 hours.
