Looking for Group/ testing the water

Hi all, I haven’t been to an Empire in a long time, while bouncing a character idea of a friend they suggested it might fit you lovely people better and to come say hi. Currently I’m thinking of coming to E1 or 2 next year unless I can make E4. I would love to know if the following character idea would fit anyone’s group that is recruiting?

What I’m thinking:
Human, Righteous, Militaristic, Priest of Vigilance, with political goals. Although Militaristic in attitude (and kit if i can get it sorted), I’d probably be minimal (if any) combat skills, but Vigilance dictates preparation.

Aims:
Get noticed, be a militaristic voice in the Synod/ Senate, be an exemplar of Vigilance, maybe be involved in the Inquisition, Shout lots!

General outlook:
Expansionism, The enemies of the Empire will be subjugated or die beneath the sound of the Empires marching feet, Pro Inquisition

Varushka are mostly Vigilant

Was about to mention the FB group but I see you’ve already found us :slight_smile:.

One option that works is to rock up as someone looking for group in game and see if any of the assembled groups look fun and then trying them on for size. We’ve had a few people join us in game and it lets you try each other out. You can then have an OOC conversation about group aims, rules and where you might fit at some point during takedown or post game.
