I’ve just found out I can’t get Thursday or Friday off work, so I won’t be able to arrive until around 6–7 pm. I know the call‑in is at 6 pm, but I won’t be in soft kit when I get there. Will arriving out of kit at that time cause any issues, especially as I’m in IC camping? (Travelling by Train) Also, what time do the coaches stop taking people from Cambridge North?
Hi no problem arriving late, coach from the train station will still be running.
If you can stop once onsite and at least throw a base kit layer over you so you’re not too jarring you should be fine to walk to your IC camping spot. May be worth letting your camp planner know you will be turning up after Time in so they can make sure there is space left so you can get your tent up quickly and file away all the OOC bits.
Do your best to be discreet with any OOC ness and people will overlook late arrivals, we all know real life can be an inconvenience!

As Charlie says, try to be discrete but for the most part people will pretend not to notice! You won’t be the only one on the field arriving after time-in. And yes, definitely let your camp planner know that you’ll be late so that they don’t let your space out to someone else!
