As some of you may know, the Carta Notturno in The League has been running a theatre since 2019 as a platform for script-writers, actors, songwriters, poets and musicians throughout the game. It is their aim to make not only a theatre for the use of a single nation, but one for all players to enjoy and work towards developing, with representatives from nearly all nations forming a ‘Board of Directors’. Currently Profound Decisions kindly lend a tent to use to host the theatre but sadly this will not be possible any more.
Fear not! We are running an initiative to raise funds to purchase a new army tent to host a series of brilliant events and would kindly ask for donations from prosperous members of the community. We are also looking to hold a series of raffles as soon as logistical pressure on the country eases.
We understand that especially in the midst of current events that not all will be able to help but any level of donation is welcome even if it is as small as a pound- £1 from half of Empire’s great player base would help us hit two thirds of our target! We would welcome any other fundraising suggestions or offers of purchasing a large canvas tent.
