So, I’ve been wondering and pondering…

What the heck are we fighting now?

I suggest reading the almanac, but the quick summary is:

  • The Empire has just signed a peace treaty with the Grendel
  • The Empire has been at peace with the Thule for a while
  • The Empire is at war with the Jotun, with conflict in Bregasland and Segura, and the Jotun occupying Sermersuaq
  • The Empire is at war with the Druj, having recently conquered the new territory of Ossium from them, and more recently invading the Forest of Ulnak. The Empire also attempted to reclaim Zenith from them, but failed to make any headway.

The Empire also had a lot of problem with the Vallorn last season, due to it being roused by a group called the Heirs of Terunael.
