HI all, I’m very new to Empire and E3 will be my second event, but my first proper try at getting into the swing of it and involving myself a very little bit. I’m a real slow burn, Low stakes, Low social pressure, sort of role-player with no intentions to engage in anyway that could change or affect any big lore or plots at all, or end up making myself any sort of important figure ever.
Basically I’m chronically shy (generalized anxiety, agoraphobic ,selective mutism etc.) and just like to take things in at a truly glacial pace… 
I like the majority of my role-play to be for myself in my own mind as i move around the world essentially. But I also love to make little, odd, somewhat insignificant but also intriguing, props to-do with my own character for others to interact with as they see fit, its how i tend to make Lrp accessible for myself as a person with very little social ability or battery.
So I’ve been wondering how (and in fact even if) world flavor and PC lore style homemade props are allowed, and if they are, how are we allowed to go about distributing them around the Anvil site, for example a bundle of letters with a small nugget of insight into my characters background lore, etc.
Is there a proper etiquette say, to leaving that bundle of letters, free for anyone to interact with and just gain a little bit of random world flavor, at for example the civil service hub or say the Senate tent etc.
Would approaching OC and asking to do so be considered acceptable AT the event or is that the sort of thing you need to arrange with someone or have checked prior etc.
Conversely is that even necessary or would simply planting said prop IC by myself on a community event board or table or something be acceptable? (with a small but clear OC label attached to state it is such and my PID so it can be returned easily if it goes walk about)
