Would a War Scythe be allowed as a weapon?

As a Landskeeper I want to keep my kit rural and either an axe, machete or scythe fit the bill but is a scythe allowed?
That doesn’t inherently look like it would fail, and seems reasonable to call a weapon.
However, the only way to get a canonical call on whether a given weapon will pass weapons check is by taking it and having it checked.
The old Catch 22 situation, buy one and find it’s no good or don’t and find they are OK. Not sure I have £50 to spare on the off chance it’ll pass muster.
That’s true of any weapon you ever buy, from anywhere. Or, indeed, any weapon you ever make.
Most weapons pass. Very few designs of melee weapons automatically fail, so the question is basically how well it’s made, and those Epic Armoury factory weapons tend to be reasonably consistently made.
If it fit the style I wanted, I’d buy it.
