This wind is about Axou-Imperial politics but the *meat* of it is about the vallorn. As such there’s particularly relevant things for the Navarr, especially those with fleets; the Senate; the Silent Singer and the Bursar of the House of the Spirits; perhaps the vallornguard as well.
