This wind is about magical events in the Marches involving three traditions and three kings. Specifically:
* Response to the smiths from the King under the Mountain speaking of castles and wards
* “Tokens of appreciation” for the landskeepers from the King in Chains.
* Support for the performing arts (mummers in particular) from the King of Wyrms.
