This Wind of Fortune is primarily about the eternal Llofir. The Conclave has removed its enmity, and its heralds have pootled out into the Empire to chat with some people. But not the League, Urizen, or Highguard. Apparently Llofir is still pissed with them.
Here however you can find out about offers made to the Navarr, a potential meeting, magical gardens, and vallorn-slaying armies.
There’s also some discussion of the Druj, and their fall, and Llofir’s interest in it… which coincides helpfully with news that there are ghulai attempting to prolong #Vallorngate in Therunin for another year, damn them.
Finally there’s several boons that in its wisdom the ‘‘Lady of Spores’’ has made available to Spring magicians during the Winter Solstice. Gifts that empower magic, or allow Imperial citizens to partake in the bounty of the ‘‘Rotlord’’ only *some* of which look like they might be a *bit* controversial.
