This Wind of Fortune is the first of the responses to the “highest calling” from last event - the opportunity for national and virtue assemblies to focus the attention of their nation on a specific problem.
It’s mostly of interest to the Marches, but there are elements related to the Military Council and Senate as well. There’ll be a couple more of these, based on the assemblies who united behind a single highest calling at the Autumn event.
