This wind of fortune is all about the Cat’s Graces, a proposed Imperial Sodality that will celebrate Imperial artists and their art, and potentially provide ways for those who wish to be patrons of the art to contribute to the splendour of the Empire.
This appraisal was called by the Throne, following an offer from the constitutional scholar Magistrate Abraham to assess the proposed manifesto of one Imperial Sodality each season. It discusses the implication of the manifesto, and then delves into an exploration of other powers or properties the sodality might enjoy if it were approved by the Senate (and the Throne).
