This wind contains five plenipotentiary responses, each of which involves at least *some* kind of meeting. As well as being of interest to archmages and magicians in general there are several other folk who may be affected by or have opinions on the contents:
* Navarr including the General of the Black Thorns and Senator for Miaren
* Ambassadors to Jarm and the Commonwealth, and the Grandmaster of the Celestial Arch
* The Dawnish Knight-protectors of Autumn and Summer, Dawnish enchanters, and a couple of named Dawnish folk
* Grandmaster of the Sevenfold Path and Cardinal of Wisdom
* Marcher landskeepers and also magistrates
* Anyone who had mastered Clarion Call of Ivory and Dust
* Anyone who can cast From the Mouths of Babes or Forge the Wooden Fastness (who has it mastered or who can cast it freestyle, given both are in Imperial lore)
* Generally nosy types
