In the Court of Far Horizons - Empire
This deals with the Constitutional Court assessment of the proposed manifesto of the Court of Far Horizons, an Imperial Sodality concerned with maritime trade.
It includes notes about powers that would definitely devolve to the sodality if they were created using the current manifesto, along with a number of suggestions for things the Senate might include, and some words from potential supporters of the Court if it were created.
