The highest calling of the Marcher assembly is almost done. The breadbasket now covers the whole nation, and the Jotun are almost driven out of Bregasland. Time for one last look at the work that needs to be done before the Winter closes in!
This wind of fortune covers some opportunities that start with, but do not by any means end with, the Marches. The Singing Caves are mentioned - a lot - and so is the Quartermaster General of the Imperial Armies.
There’s also a section about Liathaven, or Ashvale as the Jotun call it, and the fact that it seems enough trees have been cut down that Imperial maps are not longer registering as a legitimate focus for divination magic which may well be very inconvenient.
Finally, a different forest entirely - where Liathaven is very old the forest in Bregasland is very new and the Imperial Orcs are making some pretty strongly worded demands regarding it.
