Meraud! What does he like? Imperial magicians, that’s what! This is a focused little wind of fortune that is partly a response to some of the events last time following the plenipotentiary missive.
There are three main elements:
* Plans for wizard towers all over the Empire and a contest to make it that much more fun
* Plans for the Churnspire Adjutor, who Meraud thinks needs a bit more prominence and some proper patronage, which are a matter for the Senate
* Plans for channels of communication, arbitrated with the Orchard Tenders union, and needing the approval of the Conclave
There’s also an invitation for thirteen magicians to get some golden tickets. MISSIVES! I meant missives. Golden missives in reponse to their excellent letters last event.
